The perfect gift when you're not quite sure what to buy. Upon placing your order you will receive an email containing a unique code and full instructions on how to redeem the gift card, which you can either print off or forward to the person you're buying for.
Please note our gift cards are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us no later than 7 days after the delivery date stated on your DHL tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from ARDENT with your DHL tracking details.
You will also receive a notification via SMS & Email from DHL about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. This free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery, giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your delivery.
Should you wish to change your delivery, DHL offer the following options: 
    1. Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled Delivery.
    2. Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternative delivery to work, family or friend.
    3. Deliver my package to a Safe Place: Authorise shipment release.
    4. Deliver my package to my Neighbour: Leave with Neighbour, Reception or Guard.
    5. Deliver my package to a DHL Service Point: Hold for collection.
    6. Request to Hold My Package: Vacation hold and safekeeping up to 30 days.

        COVID-19 UPDATE

        During the COVID-19 crisis our team are working hard to ensure we can continue to ship orders as usual.

        Due to the safety concerns around the outbreak we want to assure you we are taking the relevant steps to keep our employees, partners and customers safe. 

        DHL have also changed the way they deliver parcels to offer 'contact-free delivery' right to your doorstep. Please refer to your DHL On-Demand Delivery preferences (see above).



        All orders are currently shipped from the UK, therefore you may be subject to additional duties & taxes. We recommend using this Duties & Tax Calculator.

        ARDENT are not liable for any duties and taxes issued by your country's national import office. Such fees are issued to the customer and are not controlled by ARDENT in any way.

        If you choose to refuse these fees and the parcel is returned to ARDENT there will be a shipping and handling fee deducted from your refund.

        If you would like to return your order, please email quoting your order number and we will provide you with a pre-paid DHL Express returns label to affix to your parcel.
        Your parcel can be dropped off at your nearest DHL Service Point or you can contact your local DHL Customer Service to book a collection slot convenient to you at no extra cost.
        Once we have received your return we will process your refund and send an email confirmation.
        If you would like to return your order, you will need to follow the following steps:
        1. Print out and complete our Returns Form 
        2. Affix the return address to the outer packaging
        3. Place this form inside your parcel along with the item(s) you are returning
        4. Send to us
        Please kindly note that you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our returns address, therefore we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
        If you are experiencing any problems completing this form or unsure if you are eligible to return your order, please email quoting your full name and order number.
        All refunds will be processed onto the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
        All items must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.
        All returns must be sent in the original box, with original packaging.
        All footwear must be returned without any sign of damage/wear or they will be sent back to you. Therefore all footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface.
        To make our return process straightforward, we only offer refunds and not exchanges.
